・LOB [verb]
⇒1.to throw sth so that it goes quite high through the air
2.to hit or kick a ball in a high curve through the air, especially so that it lands behind the person you are playing against

⇒1.to make it difficult for sth to continue in the normal way

「premier」は形容詞で使われ、日本語でもプレミアといったりする
意味で使われます。ただ英英辞典の訳にあるように
‘首相’を意味する名詞としても使われます。
